In 2019, Stephanie joined CFRI as a Research Associate and spatial analyst. Previously, she worked for the Bureau of Land Management Division of Fire in Northern Nevada for several years as a post-fire restoration and rehabilitation technician and fire GIS specialist before returning to graduate school to focus on climate-fire relationships and vulnerability assessments for the Southwest. She holds a B.A. in Conservation Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. in Forestry from Northern Arizona University.
